Bad breath is a common problem and here is a solution for you

Most toothpastes consist of the same chemicals used in shower soaps (detergents) that create the foaming in your mouth. This assists with cleaning food residues such as fats, oils etc from the teeth however would you use detergent to try and remove build up soap scum from the shower or lime resdiues from a dripping tap??

No because it will do nothing.

You need to use a product with either the opposite chemical (if you are cleaning lime drops which are alkaline you would need to acid) to succeed. We use the same pronicpal in our amazing toothpowder which comes as part of the Prefresh kit. Click the image for more information

Clean your teeth using PREFRESH tooth powder

Apply some of the tooth powder (combined with toothpaste if desired) in the morning and evening. Wet your brush first (add a little toothpaste if desired) and then dip it in the powder.  Clean by firstly working the brush gently around your gums and mouth, then using more powder, give the front and back of your teeth a good clean. This will assist with bad breath  Rinse your mouth thoroughly with fresh water.  If you have bad plaque build up, visit your dental hygienist to remove the plaque. This will allow the product to work more efficiently, and help reduce the bacterias that causes bad breath although prolonged use of PREFRESH will remove old plaque and inhibit any future build up anyway.

Secondly, floss your teeth using dental ribbon, then rinse with fresh water. The flossing removes the bacteria trapped between the teeth and helps reduce the chances of bad breath

Next, using your toothbrush upside down, gently scrub your tongue with the bristles to remove build up.
Pour 25 mls of PREFRESH mouthwash into a glass and rinse around your mouth thoroughly for 1 minute.  Do not swallow the mouthwash. After 1 minute, spit out and RINSE MOUTH WITH FRESH WATER.  You will experience a light starchy flavour towards the end of the rinse - this is the product oxidising in your mouth. You will also notice before rinsing your tongue is covered in white bubbles - this is the product working to eliminate bacteria. These affects are normal and will disappear after you rinse with fresh water, leaving a clean feeling mouth a fresh breath.
IT’S THAT SIMPLE AND 100% EFFECTIVE
